About Me

I am an integrative psychotherapist with a private practice in the Chicago area. As a body-inclusive practitioner, my clinical work is grounded in somatic psychotherapy and emphasizes the healing capacity of the mind-body-spirit connection.

I hold a Masters degree in Community Counseling from Loyola University Chicago and a Masters degree in Teaching from Webster University. I have supplemented my education with post-graduate training in trauma, somatics, equine-assisted psychotherapy, and neuroscience.

In addition to my clinical practice, I provide trauma-informed counseling consultation for schools in the Chicagoland area and Mindful Practices, an organization bringing yoga and holistic wellness programs to schools and educators around the world. I am a member of The Breathe Network, American Counseling Association and Yoga Alliance.

My Philosophy

I am passionate about a collaborative and holistic approach to therapy. With compassion, creativity and non-judgment, I work with clients toward liberation from old patterns and blockages that have left them unable to live as authentically and healthfully as they would like.

My greatest desire for my clients is that our time together becomes a house of belonging - a sacred space where they can safely explore and know their truest self. I believe the integration of mind, body and spirit in a safe, therapeutic setting can allow us to use the innate wisdom with which we are all born to explore the beautiful questions of the heart and move toward wholeness in spirit.
